Catherine Utmost Glamor In Breathtaking Jenny Packham Gown As Princess Debuts NEW Diamond Bracelet That King Charles Gifted To Her

Pregnant Kate Wows in Jenny Packham: See 4 More Times She’s Rocked the Designer

It was her first major red carpet appearance since announcing her second pregnancy (and subsequently battling the most severe pregnancy sickness we’ve ever heard of), so it was no surprise that Princess Kate chose a gown by her go-to evening dress designer, Jenny Packham, for the 50th Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition at the Natural History Museum in London on Tuesday.

Apparently, pregnancy is making her take some style risks again (remember the bangs from two years ago?). This time, she selected a design with some exciting new elements, including a slit that revealed a knee-length underskirt. She paired it with blush-colored L.K.Bennett “Agata” heels (another bold choice since she normally wears closed-toe pumps), a matching clutch, and her signature blowout hairstyle (which we’re willing to bet stayed perfect even on her worst days in bed). The blowout was a return to form after she stepped out earlier that day with a major style switch-up: a ponytail.

This flattering pale blue creation clearly shows why Kate is devoted to the British designer — and why Packham has been behind some of Kate’s most memorable style moments. Previous looks from the designer include the shimmery rose sequin gown with Swarovski crystals she wore to a gala shortly after her wedding; an ink-blue off-the-shoulder dress she’s already worn twice; a sparkly champagne fully beaded dress worn to the 2013 Tusk Awards; and the stunning teal lace-trimmed gown that took the Duchess from demure to somewhat daring.

In addition to these big-night gowns, Kate also turned to Packham for a very memorable occasion: the polka-dot dress she wore when debuting baby George on the steps of London’s St. Mary’s Hospital.
